Shipping

 

Processing time may take up to 5 working days before shipment.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

Note: International customers, please check with your local customs to be advised on any customs fees that may be incurred upon delivery. Customs fees must be paid by the customer prior to receiving your order if applicable.

If your package shows signs of damage at delivery: always mark it as damaged when signing for receipt. If the item turns out to be damaged, please contact us within 5 working days to make sure expenses can be recovered.

 

 

RETURNS

Return policy

We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 days period in an unused / new condition.

Please contact our backoffice@biccidemedici.com before returning any item(s) and for assistance with your returns.

There are no returns on Sale Items.

Note: returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please be aware that we will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns to be sent by recorded delivery.

Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Partial refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
