Vintage Sandoz Stool - Circa 1960s - Provenance private residence Paris, France
This mahogany Sandoz stool was designed by Charlotte Perriand featuring a thick and rounded seat. The wood has developed a light-aged patina over time. The stool is known as the "Sandoz" stool and was originally created in 1955, Perriand used it in her own chalet in Méribel. In 1962, she used this design for the Swiss pharmaceutical company, Sandoz Laboratories.
