The beautiful and classic (first edition) Model 4130 chair was designed in 1957 by Arne Jacobsen and produced by Fritz Hansen (Denmark) and received the same year the highest award (Grand Prix) at Triennial in Milan.

This early chair has the Fritz Hansen tag burned directly on the wood underneath the seat which is made out of teak wood. The mounting and construction with four separate legs, shows that this is a rare first edition production.
